it has been almost one week, the connection was not stable, very bad!

Since 4th September, we had no internet connection at all, internet light off, but has TV signals.

Tried to reboot many times, still not working, very disappointed about T mobile thuis!!!!!
Hi @guanyunl, there seemed to be a temporary hitch but your connection has since been up, my apologies! If you're still experiencing problems then resetting both the modem and media convertor usually solves any lingering issues. You can do this by disconencting the media convertor from the modem and then making both powerless. After that connect both to the power and once the modem has fully restarted connect the media convertor to it as well.
