Hi Odido,

We signed up for a 2 years contract and on 18th Nov 2024 the technician came to install the router in our new home. All connected well but it turns out there is no connection. Odido raised a ticket to Delta and now we are all waiting for something to happen. Already a week has passed and no news. I see similar pots on here so I want to flag this immediately. We can’t afford to not have internet at home as we work from home! 

We called Delta, they point out to Odido. Odido says they wait for Delta. Do you both communicate I wonder. We can’t do anything in this case but wait and hope (and pray?!) We have used up all our mobile data, what are we expected to do? Can we receive internet another way, we need it urgently or can’t work. Or how do we cancel the contract, we need a solution either way.

Can someone advise when Delta is to come and fix what is wrong outside with the cable? We have not received any call or email from either Odido or Delta even though on the phone I was advised I will receive a call, days ago…

Thank you for pointing this out. I immediately checked for you and saw that the ticket was open with Delta. It seems that the traffic is not being routed properly, which is why you are not online. We are now waiting for Delta to pick up the ticket. Hopefully we will hear back from Delta tomorrow.
