Hello I have no internet connection.

This started happening after the modem was disconnected and connected again (I moved the modem to another socket). I have tried everything to make it work but nothing is helping. I have tried to restart the modem and converter (I have fiber), factory reset the modem and use different cables.

I always get a red light in the WAN led after the modem boots up.

 

I have also tried calling the customer service and cannot get anyone to answer. I have been waiting for more than 1 hour.

I really need to get this to work as I’m working from home. Please help!!!

Same issue here. Also in The Hague.

After moving to another socket, no internet, red light stays on.

Apologies for the inconvenience! We had some connectivity issues yesterday, for a few hours. These issues have been fixed yesterday, are you still experiencing problems? If so, could you perform a reset on your modem and try again? If it's still not working, let us know what the issue your facing is and we’ll get back to you!
