Hello I have no internet connection.
This started happening after the modem was disconnected and connected again (I moved the modem to another socket). I have tried everything to make it work but nothing is helping. I have tried to restart the modem and converter (I have fiber), factory reset the modem and use different cables.
I always get a red light in the WAN led after the modem boots up.
I have also tried calling the customer service and cannot get anyone to answer. I have been waiting for more than 1 hour.
I really need to get this to work as I’m working from home. Please help!!!
