Login Problem with my ZYXEL

I am using correct username and login password that are mentioned in the card fixed at the back of the modem but it does not work.

Do you try to login with on the Wifi of the WebGui. 

Did you already tried to factory reset the modem?

    @Gurgaze

    The username is admin and the password is written behind Login Password on the back of your router.

    For wifi it's the SSID and Wireless Key.

    Can you perform a factory reset as @TechRacing93 suggested and try again?
