Dear T-Mobile team,
I have returned home after 1week absence and have no internet since 25 Oct 2019. I turned on the router (was switched off during absence), the router turned on and loaded, all lamps working fine (WAN, internet, wifi), green, not blinking.
When trying to connect my phone, WiFi connects - but my phone tells me "Connected, no internet" (photo attached, so wifi signal without internet). Before I left on holiday, internet/router worked.
I have reset the modem multiple times (using a pin and a small black immersed "reset" button up to a "click", all lights went off and back in several minutes - photo of router attached with all lights on, how it looks after reset). I have also detached the router from electricity for several minutes and turned back on again.
I have also reset the router online, using the router's app under "admin" password (after reset it says something like "the system is operational for 0 days 0 hours 5 minutes 11 seconds").
I have used the new phone cable - the same effect.I have removed the phone cable (then 2nd/WAN and 3rd/"globe" lamps stop working , turn black).
I have tried to connect my laptop, iPad, smart TV and phone of my wife to WiFi - the same problem, no internet). I have reset "network settings" of my phone - nothing helps.
The problem looks very much like this one, but my "internet" light is also on:

Plase check all the detail on your side (the forum participant under the link above says that his internet started working automatically after his next internet payment was processed - mine was paid 21 Oct).
If nothing helps, I am afraid I would need you to send a specialist to check the connection ASAP .
