Returning modem after contract cancellation.

Hi guys, due to my move to South America, I have cancelled my home internet connection. I received instructions on how to return the modem. The modem was returned on June 19th. I checked the DHL website and the package arrived on June 26th. Despite this, I still receive emails reminding me to return the modem. I have no way to contact  by phone, and the chatbot is useless. Any suggestions on how to resolve the issue?

As you returned it awhile back, I want to check the trackinglink of DHL and complete the return myself.
