Hi,

I've cancelled my DSL order, in order to change to Fiber.

I've sent the modem back, but DHL seems to have used a different tracking than the one I provided.

Can someone contact me so that I can provide you with the correct tracking. 

Modem appears returned on DHL. In my odido it still shows I need to send it back.

Had you received an email to send the modem back? You can fill in your klantnummer in your community profile and also the tracking code in any privé field.

I did indeed get an email to send the modem back.

DHL used a different tracking than the one I provided from the email.

So although the modem was returned it still shows I need to send it, in my odido.

Hi @SmartHome, thank you for all the information and for adding the correct tracking number in your profile. I see that the package is still on it's way to us. After it has been received by the warehouse, it can take up to 6 workdays to process your return. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you still haven't received an e-mail after the 6 workdays, can you please let me know? That way I can look into it for you!
