I 'm moving abroad on 31 May 2024 and I need to cancel my internet contract. Can someone help me out?

Thank you for contacting us. I'll be happy to help you. It is important that you send us a proof of removal. If we receive a valid relocation certificate, we can cancel your subscription with one month's notice. A proof of move is an official document:

  • A notice of termination from the landlord
  • A contract of sale of a house
  • A rental or purchase contract from the new address
  • A registration certificate from the municipality (GBA)

This is the email connected to my odido account. I have moved out of the Netherlands abroad and have cancelled my subscription. To my understanding there will be a 50% charge till the end of my contract. I am writing to you to understand if this charge will be monthly as I will be deactivating my dutch bank account soon. If possible i would like to pay off the 50% fee as a one time payment so I can move forward and shut my bank account in the netherlands
