I just start a new subscription for home internet. The modem package has delivered. I have followed the step-by-step installation. I got the email that the connection will delivered on 31 December 2024. But, until now there is no connection. So, I tried to surf to find answer in Odido Community. Then, I start to realize maybe there is problem with the ISRA point.

Is there a cable behind that plastic baseplate?
It looks like the pins of the big phone plug are routed to a smaller rj11 contra connector at the bottom. So I'm not sure if there is even a cable behind it.
If there is a cable behind it, it depends if that's the big green cable from KPN. If not, and there is a smaller cable routed to the meter cupboard, then you are probably better of connecting the router there to the real ISRA point (because this is not a proper ISRA point). But we can't see from the photo of the meter cupboard if there is a line from KPN there.
I see the green coax cable with AOP from Ziggo there so maybe the official thick phone/adsl cable also comes in in the living room (in which case it should be behind that connection box). In that case it's important the wires are in correct order. But then you could have used the rj11 connection at the bottom to connect to your router instead of using the big phone plug.
