Hi there,

 

I already moved out of the flat I had my T-mobile wifi in, and I recently received an email that stated that I need to return the modem. I cant do this as I’ve given the keys and don’t live in the Netherlands anymore. What can I do?

Who has the modem now? Maybe you can ask them to return the modem?

Not returning the modem would mean that they'll charge you with €75.

I understand items can sometimes be forgotten, but our hardware is on temporary loan. Please contact the new homeowner and have them send the modem back. If you can add a proof of shipment to this topic, I'll make sure the modem will be processed as having been returned. Thanks!
