I trust that you are well. 

I have been in contact with two consultants now to have my contact canecelled and both times they said was done and now I see that I am still getting billed for things that I have already paid for when i closed the account. 

Kindly assist.

Hi @K10yane , I have checked your Internet subscription on the email address that you also use on the Community, but this subscription was ended in 2022 and I don’t see any new bills after this. Is it possible that this is about your mobile subscription?
