(Actually) Incorrect Invoice.

Hi my invoice is completely incorrect. I have the original contract emailed to me and the discounts (30/month for first 6 months + free installation). But the invoice posted is w/o any of these discounts and a very large amount. I am unable to reach the customer service as they are busy and there is not email to contact. What are my options here?

Your first invoice is always a little bit higher due to the activation costs (Activatiekosten). They amount to € 30 and that's the reason why your first monthly payment is more than the next one. The discount has been deducted successfully, no worries! The discount is € 5 for the first six months. You can't download the invoice yet and your summary on the My T-Mobile account doesn't show any discounts, but I can assure you that it's been deducted. You'll pay € 62 and that includes the € 30 activation costs.
