Dear T-Mobile team,
My contract will expire on 15th August 2021. In the meantime, I will move to another address on the 22nd of July 2021. How should I plan the contract renewal process and address the moving process?

You can arrange your move in your T-Mobile thuis account, do it 4 weeks before your actually moving.
With the move you will automatically start a new year subscription.
