Since 3 days my wifi is dropping for every 5 minutes.

I did poweroff couple of times but not helpful

 If you have a WiFi repeater, switch off the Zyxel WiFi and check the WiFi of the repeater?


Its been a week almost ,my problem is not solved.

Its hampering my work.

I hope you will resolve it soon

Can you remove all other devices which are connected with a wire to the modem and check the WiFi then?

Which modem do you have?


DSL.

Wired connection is fine.

Wireless is not working properly.

Tried all the options (reset , poweroff ) but no use.

Do you have a Fiber or DSL connection and is the wired connection also dropping every 5 minutes or is it stable?

Hi @syerra welcome to our community! I would of course like you to enjoy a stable connection again as fast as possible. I have immediately checked it out. It looks like you're crossed in your network. I have therefore forwarded this to our technical department. They will look into it and hopefully it will be resolved soon!
