I have been using an internet connection from Odido since July, but it's been extremely slow for browsing, despite download speeds reaching close to 1 Gbps. I've contacted support three times, but the issue remains unresolved, and I no longer even receive incident numbers. Initially, the 2G channel was switched to 6 and the 5G to 47, but the problem persists.

I’ve requested a connection switch to Ziggo but am still under a 12-month contract with Odido, leaving me stuck with an unreliable service for the next few months. My postal code is 5235DK. Please assist in resolving this issue.

Do you have a black Genexis mediaconverter? Is the internet slow via a wired connection aswell as WiFi?

Do you have any wifi extenders? If yes than see how the internet works without them.


Hi Waqqas, internet was slow so I requested a wifi extender. Without WiFi extenders also the internet on WiFi and wired is slow . I am now looking for ways to end the contract to switch to Ziggo. I have time till 5th December to switch service to another provider like ziggo. Is it possible that I get a technician visit because many calls to technical support has not resolved the issue Waqqas. Thanks for your help

I changed the channel using the channel scanner, and it is better now compared to before. I also switched on the 2G guest network, which allowed many smart devices to connect. As a result, the connection has improved slightly, but it is still not up to par for a connection with 1 Mbps.
