No wifi since Wednesday last week and no contact from Odido.

I can see now that you already had contact with us and that an investigation has started to fix your connection. Did we provide you with Unlimited Data on your mobile? If not, let me know. Thank you, yes I have data from you 

However still no Internet and no contact. I was told a contractor would call me to arrange an appointment. That was 2 days ago

 Can you please arrange for an appointment to fix the issue.

Thank you, this is now the case after making yet another call to you. It's a pity it's,taken so long, this should have been arranged a week ago.
