No, you need to login to the website. As you will assign for a new contract, the provider need to authentificate you, so calling and answering personal questions or login the website is the way to do that.
Thank you for the quick reply. I tried that, but to login on the website, two-factors authentication is required (can’t turn my mobile data on to receive the SMS with the code). I was hoping I could do that from the ODIDO app, which I am already logged into, so don’t need to authenticate again.
