I have terminated my T-Mobile internet service and in order to send back the modem, I need a retourlabel. Since the link to the retourlabel service that was emailed to me is not working, how can I return the box and avoid getting penalised?

Best is to put a piece of paper inside the box containing your T-Mobile clientnumber.
In case you don't know your clientnumber (which most people don't) you can find your clientnumber at the top right of every invoice. Do note it's not the same number as shown for the TV subscription.
