On July 20th 2023, I got a confirmation that I would have my internet in my new address, I kept both apartments because I work from home and my idea was to keep the internet in the old apartment until I have the internet available in the new one. I got an email saying that on August 1st 2023 I would have internet in my new apartment, I connected the new equipement in the new apartment and got no internet while the internet in the old apartment stopped on the same day. My Guidion appointment will be in 1 week but I need internet to work because I work from home. Could you guys just activate my new internet? I connected the equipement, the building is new and has fiber installed and working properly.

Fiber installations are always done by a Guidion mechanic and the Fiber will be activated by the mechanic in most cases.

The mechanic should get you online 🙂
