Hello,

I have ordered T-Mobile fiber package at beginning of January, with hope that everything will get sorted by beginning of February. At 23rd of January, somebody from KPN came to replace current fiber end point to other one. There was some confusion in the status of it, which got solved on 24th. From this day T-Mobile Thuis website is displaying “ Lijn wordt aangevraagd “ status without any information or expected dates. As I dont know how long this status will stay, I cannot make Guidion appointment. Is it possible to ind out what it causing such long delays, as I just moved to the house, so I have wired internet at home at all. 

Well I am not sure if this topic helped, but yesterday I got contacted to make an appointment. Consider this issue closed.
