Hi
Is there any way to contact your customer support unless by phone? I’m on my 4th try (more than 10mins each) and no answer.
I would like to cancel my internet subscription and simply cant because there is no email, no reaction from your side.

Hi,

How do i cancel my internet subscription?

I cannot find an option on the app nor on the online portal.

I tried calling the customer service number and i have been on hold for the last 45 mins.
