Unable to login to my account

Hi, I recently got a new phone number postpaid one.

But I had a very old account in t-mobile with my old phone no. and same email id.

Now I am not able to login to my odido account using same email id as it sends sms to my old phone number and not new number. I don’t have access to my old phone number.

Hi ​@ravikg, welcome to our Community and nice that you have a new phone number. It's nice if you can log into your My Odido account, I'll be happy to look into a solution with you. Presumably your account is still linked to an old/inactive subscription. I can remove it for you and unlink everything. 

To do this, all I am missing is your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile. Can you fill those in for me? Then I can take a look with you!
