Linking mobile subscription does not work

Hi,

 

I am an Odido internet user, and recently purchased mobile subscription as well. However, the mobile subscription is not tied to my Odido account, and I encounter an error while trying to link it. Because of this reason I can’t activate my Amazon Prime monthly gift. 
 

Can you please help?

Hello ​@omergurlek welcome to our Community and best wishes for the new year! Well nice if you can link both subscriptions in one account, I'm happy to give you more clarity! This is only possible if the name, address and date of birth match for both subscriptions. Is that the case? I suspect not, since you are seeing this message. 

I would be happy to check with you to see if everything is set correctly in our systems. I am only missing your date of birth in your profile. Can you fill it in and comment in this topic? Then a colleague or I can take a look with you. Thanks!

I updated my profile. My details should match on both accounts, and they are already considered as Klantvordeel. It would be great if you could check.

Hello ​@omergurlek, thanks for updating your profile! Indeed, I see that almost all the details match with both subscriptions. There is only 1 small difference. With your mobile subscription this name is listed O. Gurlek and with your Internet + TV subscription Ö. Gürlek. So it's about the difference with the dots on the O in your first name and the U in your last name. Can you indicate which is correct? Then I can adjust one of the two subscriptions for you, so that everything matches and then you can add the subscription in your account.
