Can’t add existing subscription to odido app

I have tried multiple times to add other mobile numbers to my account in Odido APP and I always get the error message. The numbers are all under my name and associated with the same email address.

Hi @Internet_njr welcome on our Community! No worries, I'm happy to give you more clarity! 

You can add your subscriptions only if your name, address and date of birth match. Do they match? Could you try it for me via a browser to see if it works then? 

Currently, customers may experience some trying with adding their subscription(s). This is a technical issue from our side, for which I apologize! I can forward this to one of our technical specialists for you. For this I would like to receive a private message with your phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your known bank account number for verification? Then I can put this through for you!

Try deleting the app and reinstall it.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app, unfortunately did not help.

Seems there was a small typo on system for my address which Odido has corrected and all is ok now!
