Can't add my mobile subscription to my account

Hello can you help me please, I can't add my mobile subscription to my account.

I entered my number then 2 steps verification then error.

I tried in 2 different way but both give error:

Looks like my number is not registered to my new address, but I can not check this such as I can not enter this number to odido account.

Can you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I can check if you already have an account and if so remove it so you can create a new acount. Looking forward to your message!
