Order status of Samsung S25 Ultra

Hello Odido employee,

I ordered Samsung S25 Ultra on 31st Jan (Friday) via customer support and was promised to me that it would be available for pickup on 1st Feb. However there is no communication yet on that.

Could you please provide me the status of my order and when it would be available for pick up in store?

Order number is  228631554 .

The phones were avaliable from feb 1. Stores do not have stock of these expensive phones. They are receiving the phones by courier and as soon as your phone is in the shop, you will receive an sms from an employee of the store. I do not know which store you choosed and what their opening hours are, but you can check with them if the phone for your order has been received by them.

I have checked with store on 1st Feb , they have not received it yet and they dont know when it will be available with them. Is it possible for you to check  if the phone is already sent via courier ?

It can take up to 3 working days for the phone to be available in the store. You should receive an sms in this week.

Okay.. So the phone is sent from warehouse and is in transit and not out of stock or something ?

I'm not a moderator so I cannot check this for you but if the phone is in stock than you can expect a sms in the next few days.

Person from Sales (Jeffrey) ensured me that phone will be available in store for pick up on1st Feb. now no one has clue if the phone is in stock or not and when it would be delivered. Who is the moderator ?

According to the sms the phone is out of stock, you will be informed when the phone is in stock and ready to be picked up.

Good morning Amit, welcome to our Community, and great choice on the brand-new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ulra! What ​@eric and ​@Waqqas say is correct. It usually takes 1-3 working days before our shop receives your phone, and they will send you an SMS as soon as they receive it. I'm sorry if my colleague said that your phone would be ready for you on February 1st. I don't exactly know how he said it, but I expect that he meant that the S25 Ultra would be available from February 1st. It's never 100% sure when the phone will be ready for you, because we don't know how many phones were ordered and how many customers ordered it before you (first in first out). From what I see now, is that the S25 Ultra is in stock, unless my colleagues will update this topic with the actual delivery times, but seen the order date of January 31st, the 1-3 working days are not over (because there was a weekend in between), and it's always possible that it takes a little longer than 1-3 days. So, with the information I have now; I expect that my colleagues from the shop will send you an SMS to pick up your phone this week. Please keep me up to date if you've heard from them. Otherwise, I will check with my colleagues from Delivery to get an update on the stock and delivery times. I hope you will receive good news very soon, and I'd love to hear from you! 😊
