Earlier today I ordered an iphone 16 pro in the store. After a while I decided I changed my mind which is why i am writing this question now. I still have to wait a few days for the phone so it is not with me yet, is it possible to cancel the process as soon as possible and what is the procedures?

Hello ​@Zahra Laluna Djamil, nice that you chose the iPhone 16 Pro! If you chose in-store pickup, it always takes a few days for it to be ready for you. The device will have to be ordered from our logistics center and will then be shipped to the respective store as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can always cancel the order. 

I looked at your order right away and I see that you have been in contact with a colleague and your order has been cancelled. I hope you will still choose another device with us!
