I am having 3 connections from Odido from the year 2018 when they were known as T-mobile. Never defaulted any payment.
Now that I have shifted my family to another European country for work and living, I wanted to cancel my mobile contract. I have 2 young kids to look after.
Odido is not ready to waivethe termination fee, when they cancelled internet contract for other . Why can’t they do the same principle for mobile and waive the termination fee?
eing in a new country, for work and data roaming reasons, I have to take a new connection from that country. I am ready to provide any proofs towards this including rental agreement, flight tickets, reregistration from the Gemeente.
This is unacceptable as you are blocking my means of living for my little kids and familuy, and if Odido is not waiving my termination fee, I will give a public interest case in Consumer court.
Please advise how should I proceed.
PS: I always loved Odido’s performance and supported it by recommending it to my friends and families even. This is a disgrace. I want this comment to be seen by their senior management.
