Hi vnaboy, welcome to our Community! Sorry to see you go, but I hope you're enjoying your stay outside of the Netherlands. I'm happy to help you cancel your subscription.
Please note that your contract was supposed to run until September 13th 2024, so there will be a disconnection fee (50% of the total amount that your subscription was supposed to run for). I just sent you a verification code per SMS. Do you still have the sim card and did you receive it? If yes, please give me verification code. If not, please send me a private message with the following (while in the Netherlands) information: 06-number, date of birth, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN. I will do an extra check, before I can cancel your subscription. I looked forward to your reply! đ
