Hi Odido Team,
I'm a new client and have been using your services in the NL for a couple of weeks - everything worked perfectly.
Now I am in Copenhagen, Denmark, and my SIM card is not connecting to any network which means I cannot use data, calls or SMS.. I've tried to access my Odido account but that doesn't work because of the 2-factor verification. I've also tried to reach the service but that doesn't work either because I cannot call them..
I've also tried to turn off my phone and turn it on again and select network provider but nothing has helped so far.
I've been paying my bills and I thought everything was in perfect order but now this - not sure what to do and I would really appreciate your help. I need my data here as I'm on a work trip and I'm on the move a lot.
