Huawei converter LOS is red, no internet

Hi,

My internet is not working and the red LED (LOS) is blinking.

I rebooted both the modem and converter without any success. 
No outage is reported in the area. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi ​@reallol, you could try to gently push in the optical cable between the converter and FTU on both sides, if this doesn't help, I recommend calling so you can get a technician to come and evaluate/resolve the issue.
