Less than two weeks ago I ordered the 750 Mb/s package, I want this changed to the 1000 Mb/s package at the 25 euros per month rate because I also have an unlimited mobile subscription.

Your subscription has not started yet, as soon as your subscription has started you can change your subscription and start using our new Uit & Thuis. When the subscription has started you need to log in on your My T-Mobile Thuis account and there you can find the option to change your subscription.
