I’ve downloaded the Odido TV app and the login process doesn’t work. Two boxes pop up asking for the client number and the PIN code . I can enter the client number but the PIN code box doesn’t accept any input. It stays blank when I try clicking on the numbers.
How can I solve this?

However, I’ve solved it!
If I fill out the client number first, the pin code entry box won’t accept an input.
However, if I leave the client number blank then the pin code entry box WILL accept an input.
So the solution is to enter the numbers in the boxes in reverse, pin first and then client number.
Then it worked.

Odido TV App in Android - inloggen lukte mij eerst ook niet.
Nadat je bij odido.nl via je browser bent inlogd, ga je naar “Internet + TV...”, scroll dan helemaal naar beneden, klik daar op “TV Inloggegevens”, daar staat je TV klantnummer en TV pincode.
