Since this morning, my internet connection at home is working pretty slow. Every single webpage I try to load takes like 30 second. Sometimes it doesn't load (I got a message saying “Your internet connection was interrupted”) and I need to refresh in order to start loading again. Do you know if there is any issue with ODIDO in Delft? I ALRE

Hello @Blasco

Does restarting the mediaconverter and router help?

Is the speed the same on all devices wired and via the WiFi?

You can also try to change internet cables or perform a factory reset of the router.

I already performed a speed test and I do not get more than 40MBps, but still speed connecting seems to be intermittent.

Are you connected with cable or Wifi?

You can try to restart your modem and router

Power-cycle them completely (unplug 30 seconds, then plug back in). This often clears hidden glitches.

Or power-cycle your devices

Restart your computer or phone; sometimes it's a local caching/network stack issue.

Check for other devices

Is a household member using heavy bandwidth (downloads, video calls)?

Pause those to see if performance improves.

If this does not work:

Test latency & packet loss.

Good luck and if you need more help let me know.
