internet cutting in and out


Hi, I have been having this issue with my fiber optic internet connection. The internet speed would drop to close to 0 or cuts out entirely for just a few seconds, during which sometimes the PON light would begin to flash. This happens every few minutes.

This problem first started a few month ago, I thought it had been fixed since it stopped happening for the last few weeks but now it came back.

It usually happens in the afternoon at around 7pm or so, so I am guessing it has to do with network congestion? Could you please share your thoughts on this issue, has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Hi ​@kai197923, we were aware of this issue and acted swiftly to resolve it.

The issue has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please ensure that you have unplugged the modem, ONT and Mediabox for 30 seconds. Everything should then work as it should! If not, please add your postcode, house number, date of birth and the last four digits of your bank account number to your community profile. I will then check this for you immediately!

I think its a big outage.

If you google odido storing you see more than 13k people saying there is an outage or something.

For some reason it cant connect or is very very slow.
