no internet LOS light red on hauwei converter


Just came back at home and there is no internet and the LOS light is blinking red on the hauwei converter. I think it’s been some days that internet does not work since got notification when I was abroad! Can someone help?

Hi ​@teotambo, please know that I am here for you. I want to arrange this with Guidion if it hasn't been arranged yet. The thing is that the 4 digits of your bankaccount number are not correct and not matching with the one on your subscription. If you want, please change this. Please know that my request with Guidion will be handeld tomorrow, so ofcourse you can call them yourself if you would like that better!

Technician was supposed to to come today but he didn’t show up. I guess then I need to call on Monday and have him onsite on Tuesday’s so another 4 days without internet

Now numbers are correct. By mistake I used the cc numbers. The thing is technician was suppose to come yesterday! It is annoying! I’ll call odido support tomorrow morning to see what we can do! Do you think it would be faster if I call guidon directly?

Hi ​@teotambo, my advice is indeed to contact Guidion tomorrow morning. You can do so via 020-3232766. If Guidion doesn't arrange a new technician on side ASAP, please contact us again right here. We will contact Guidion and make sure this will be arranged. We keep in contact!

Good morning 

technician came yesterday evening and he confirmed issue is in the line and most likely at the central. Is there any way to know if KPN has been already involved? Thanks

Hello all

KPN technician came and fixed the issue in the central outside the house! So I finally got internet again. Thanks all for your feedback. 
One last thing, is there any way I can claim a sort of discount for the next bill since I did not have internet for more than 5 days this month
