Hello, I am trying to access my T50 modem using the username admin and password mentioned at the back of the modem via 192.168.1.1 but I keep getting the below error,
‘ De gebruikersnaam of het wachtwoord is niet correct. ‘
I have read from some posts that a moderators can reset this or refresh it….
Is there a way to do this for me?
My client number is VDK02355

Are you using the Login Password? Maybe try it after performing a factory reset by pressing the resetbutton on the back for about 10 seconds.
