DX5401-B1 interface settings missing

Hi,

I just got Odido fiber internet working, but when I log into the modem’s interface, it looks like I’m missing some settings, particularly QoS settings. These settings appear to be available in the user manual I found online. I also tried to check the software version and update it, but the relevant options seem to be missing under Maintenance. Please refer to the attached screenshots for more details.

Hello @davgrig 

This is because Odido has a custom firmware on their routers so not all settings are there for the customer.

Thanks @Waqqas , I was on the call with Odido, they didn’t mention it, rather found it strange, even sending me a technician, which I guess is useless. Any other workaround ?

If you want a modem/router with more functions than I suggest to use your own router, it needs VLAN capability for it to work with Odido.

A technician cannot do anything in this.
