Poor internet speed on cell phone

Since I signed a few months ago I could never reach the hired speed, I tried several locations and nothing so this is not related to location antenna

Also the same phone with another chip get more than 500 Mbps 

while with Odido I can not reach 200 Mbps never 

I’m paying for Unlimited plus 600 Mbps

 

Please help me fix this

Don’t get me wrong but your asking for waaaaay to much information, I can create a new profile and get a phone for free with all that information

I can provide you with my client number and phone number and you can find the rest in the internal database, or please tell how can I create a case with them
