Hi Giondo, not nice to hear that you don't have the optimal internet speed on your phone. We're going to do our best to fix this! Can you try the following things for me to start with:
See if there's a software update on your phone and reset your network settings. Our network specialists still notice that this is still a common solution for this. Please let me know if this changes anything for you.
If not, we will research this issue. Please gather 3 different examples for me of when your internet is slow. These examples exist from:
- Date + time
- Location
- In case of call/SMS - the phone number of the other person
