My business number became inactive

Mi número móvil de negocio quedo inactivo y hoy retire una tarjeta preparada para rescatar mi antiguo número pero en línea no me deja entrar ya que el número que solicito debe estar activo, como puedo hacer me urge tener nuevamente mi antiguo numero

Hi ​@Alexkik, thanks for the heads up and filling out your profile information! I immediately looked at your subscription and indeed I see that it has been closed. This has to do with you being in arrears with several invoices, which should have been paid a while ago. It concerns a total amount of € 235,46 which is still outstanding in your account. This amount consists of the following invoices: 

- February 2025: € 69,98
- January 2025: € 46,20
- December 2024: € 44.76
- November 2024: € 44,76
- October 2024: € 44.76

Because these bills should have been paid a while back, your subscription is now closed. Normally we can reactivate your subscription within a certain period of time (after you have paid the arrears). But I see it's been too long now and your number can't be activated anymore, sorry. 

I do recommend that you transfer the payment to us as soon as possible. This can be done manually to our bank account number: NL03 COBA 0733 959 717 in the name of Odido. Always mention your customer number in the description (you can find this on your invoice), so we can link the payment to your account and process it. It will then take approximately 3 business days for the amount to be processed in your account. 

Will that work? Sorry I don't have another answer for you. It is true what my colleagues also indicated over the phone.

I understand very well that this raises questions and I'm happy to give you more clarity! It is good to know that our community is actually intended for private customers who help each other. For business subscriptions please call 0800-7112. They will be happy to help you! 

I am willing to make an exception and take a look at your subscription to see what exactly is going on (if possible). I see in your profile data that only the last 4 digits of your bank account number are missing. Could you fill those in for me and give me a call when you have done so? Then I will check with you right after that!

Hello, good afternoon, thank you for the responses. I've added the information. In fact, today I called the number you gave me, but they told me it was impossible to reactivate the number again, something I still don't understand. Unfortunately, I don't speak Dutch very well.

Hello, those invoices have already been paid. In fact, I had already written an email and they assumed that the corresponding payments had been received. Obviously, I didn't understand why the bank debit never ran through SEPA, which always issued the payment by transfer. In the end, I didn't see the debits. I went confidently to settle my family's case and when I returned, I found the amounts still uncollected. I received a letter from a collection agency and quickly cancelled the amounts requested by Incassonet.

So does that mean that even after paying and being inactive for nothing, I will be able to recover my old number?

Correct,  the de-activation happens a few months after invoices are not paid anymore. As the oldest invoice was from 2024, this grace period has passed and the number is back to the original provider for cool down.

Somehow the payments must be cleared. Once you have a debt with an operator, this is recorded at Preventel.nl . This organisation records all debts from providers and before you can apply for a new postpaid subscription,  all other operators check that database if the new client is credible.

Well, that number used to be prepaid for Lycamobile, does that mean they can have my number again?

Lycamobile is not really a Mobile Network Operator. They are using the KPN network. If you give me the first 5 digits of your old number, I can check to which operator the number belongs.

It means that your number has been assigned to Lycamobile as original number holder for your number. After a number has been porter to and than de-activated, it should be send back to this original number holder. Upon receiving the number back, it should go into a cooling down period and than re-used for a new subscription.

You better get in contact with Lycamobile. Remember that when you are registred at Preventel.nl due to outstanding invoices with Odido they will probably not willing to sell you a subscription.

 Yes, well, in fact I already sent them an email explaining the case, But regarding PREVENTEL, even if I've already paid in full, will it still appear? As soon as I found out about the debt upon my arrival, I immediately canceled the Incassonet representatives.
