I cannot receive code by SMS

I cannot receive code by SMS, I tried restarting my phone, still not works.

I have two SIM cards from T mobile, they have the same issue.

I transfered the SIM card to another mobile, still not working.

I would like to look into this!

Does your issue regard verification codes? When did this issue occur? Can you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, full address, birth-date and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? Also can you provide me with 3 examples of the codes that you can’t receive. Please state the service of the verification code (for example PayPal), date and time. Looking forward to your message.
