Have you restarted your mobile or manually choose another networkprovider?
Are roaming and mobile data both turned on?
You have no blokkades in your Odido account?
If you have an open invoice or a betalingsregeling than that could be the reason for not able to use your simcard abroad.
Thank you . Yes , I was able to use it at first . I changed settings it stopped working and I reset and enable to use abroad setting again .
as i contacted the customer service they recommended me turned on and off waited 2 minutes but it didn’t work .
Now that I m back in Netherlands it’s working I just wonder if it will be working abroad again and can I check before I go abroad again ?
I checked settings on the account it’s all ok hopefully next time I go abroad it will be working.

Make sure mobile data and roaming are on. Fill in all the privé fields in your community profile so Odido can check aswell why it was not working abroad.
You can only know if your sim is working abroad when you are abroad.
Hi Ozan, welcome to our community! Thank you for completing your profile. I've looked into your account, and I don't see any barrings on international roaming, so your connection abroad should work (next time). You can always check the following before you leave to your next destination:
- Let me know where you are going, so I can let you know before hand with which networks you can connect in that country
- Check all settings; roaming, turn phone off and on
- See this page in Mijn Odido for all the information about the usage of data and your bundle in that country. You can search that country in the list for more information.
