Changing my address in My Odido

Hi,

I moved to another place and I am trying to change my address. After I fill out the form, I receive a confirmation (attached below). But when I check my address in the account I only see my old address. Could you help me change my address.

I have also tried multiple times via Odido app. The result is the same. Here, for example my attempt from today:

Hello @AlekseiT, If I search on your e-mailaddress, I come across a PrePaid number ending in ***8357. Is that the number in question? In doing so, I see that your address has since changed and your new address is now in our system. 

Is everything else correct? If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

Hello @Pharwin van Odido. Yes, it is my number. I still see in My Odido account my old address in Groningen. Both in the app and on the web. I live in Den Haag now.
