Hi, I have a problem with my Odido app and website now. Because of the two-step verification, I cannot log in to my Odido. I don't have the 6-digit code. What should I do? Could anybody help me with that?

Do you still experience issues with the log in? Do you use the authenticator app or sms? I can switch off 2FA for you so you can reset your settings. Please make sure to choose authenticator app or sms. The code will be send to one of these 2 options. Can you send me a private message with the 06-number it regards, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN?
