why am i being charged after canceling subscription?

Why am i getting charged again after canceling mobile subscription in November? I have canceled my contract and paid for it once? Why are you trying to charge again? How many times should I pay for the cancelation?

Hello ​@Andih, welcome to our Community! I'd like to get to the bottom of this for you. Could you fill in your phone number, zip code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the bank account number known to us in your profile? Then I can check your subscription right away!
