I recently noticed a charge of €234.51 for my Data & Phone Bills, dated 16 December 2024. I would like to understand why the amount is so high, as it seems unexpected. Why is it so high, and why wasn’t I informed about this in advance?

Can you also let me know if it’s possible to pay in installments?

 

 

Hello ​@KimRasmijn, welcome to our Community! Very understandable that you are shocked by this bill because the amount is so high. You can very easily download and view the specifications of your invoice through your My Odido account: https://www.odido.nl/my/facturen. There you can also request an installment plan if you want. You can only see this option if you qualify for it.

If it is not clear or if you would like me to look at it with you, I would be happy to do so! However, I'm only missing your full name and the last 4 digits of your bank account number for verification. Can you fill those out in your profile? Then I can check with you after that! 


Is it possible to pay in installment I just can’t afford this in full payment! I am honestly so pissed off by this inconvenient. Why there is no any pre warning or message about my data and calls. Factuur nummer 901570068643


In the my-odido login you can look at the invoices abd when you select an invoice ask for a payment plan. There are some conditions.  If you meet them, the plan becomes in place for you.

In the my-odido app you always can follow out if bundle costs which can occur during a month.
