You probably need to swap the Telfort/KPN modem with one provided by Tmobile.

Thanks for the reply. I did swap it on Monday and it’s worked fine since then. Just at 6pm tonight the internet stopped working.

I checked your connection and have analyzed your line-stability and it seems like this was an incident and hasn't recurred since. Sorry for the inconvenience! How did you manage to solve the issue? Did you, for instance, reboot the modem or did the connection stabilize itself?

On Sunday I called back and one of your team worked through different reset and configurations with me and it worked. If only someone had taken the time to do it on Friday then I wouldn’t have lost internet for 2 days.
