I immediately looked into the system, and I see that the Back Office send another Guidion technician. I can imagine that this is not what you want. However, the technician has to make sure that the connection in your home is not the problem. Luckily, I see that you’ve scheduled the appointment for today. Please let me know how it went.
I made a note in the case stressing that this is a reoccurring problem. In case the technician is not able to solve this issue, my colleagues will involve the network administrator to resolve the problem.
Maybe this has already been offered, but I just want to make sure. Are you already making use of an Unlimited vouchercode? In case you have an Odido or BEN sim card I can send you one straight away. This way, you’ll be able to set-up a hotspot and connect this to your other devices. Let me know if this is something you’d like,
