Internet connection problem

Hello, i have fiber connection and zyxel t-54 modem. My connection which is ‘internet light’ on the modem turned to red today and i lost the connection. I tried to turn of both modem and media convertor but none of them worked. Is there a general problem in the area (3543bs) ? If not, what should i do? Thanks!

But luckily my colleagues solved this this morning. Is it correct that the problems that you experienced are over now? If this will happen again, please follow the steps from the topic down below:
