Hello. My fibre stopped working 2 days ago when technicians were working on my neighbour’s fibre line, so they must have messed something up with my line/connection. The LOS light is blinking red on the converter, and I’ve tried all of the different methods of turning off and on again.
Please help! I need internet as I work from home. I’ve logged a ticket with the call center who forwarded to the technicians but nobody has contacted me
