Hello. My fibre stopped working 2 days ago when technicians were working on my neighbour’s fibre line, so they must have messed something up with my line/connection. The LOS light is blinking red on the converter, and I’ve tried all of the different methods of turning off and on again.

Please help! I need internet as I work from home. I’ve logged a ticket with the call center who forwarded to the technicians but nobody has contacted me

 

Hi @kribbecrib, I immediately looked into this for you and I see that you were already able to make an appointment with a Guidion technician for this! Will you keep me updated on when the technician has visited you?

Thank you for the quick response. Yes I will update you once the technicians have been to have a look. They’re coming tomorrow
